Hertford Theatre is seeking to appoint TWO experienced, freelance THEATRE TECHNICIANS/OPERATORS for the world premiere of The Snowsmith by Half-A-String, staged in a new, bespoke theatre-in-the-round at The Drill Hall, Ware.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Theatre Technician at Wyllyotts Theatre, Potters Bar, working with an enthusiastic and friendly team. Wyllyotts is a 420 seat multi-purpose theatre and cinema and requires a technician to assist with touring shows and private hires.
We are looking for an experienced Company Manager to help create the show in rehearsals, and then deliver the production run. As well as being the main point of contact for the cast and creatives, duties will include: on the book in the rehearsal room, rehearsal notes, show reports, working with the Production Manager to deliver a smooth technical and dress rehearsal period, working with the venue’s Technical Manager, and two ASMs to reset for shows and keep all equipment in good working order, operating the show with the support of venue Technicians, and to complete any tasks as reasonably requested by the Producers or Production Manager.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled and self-motivated individual to join the highly collaborative and friendly back of house team at the Phoenix Theatre, currently home to Come From Away. The Deputy Head of Stage will support the Head of Stage with the day to day running of the Stage department. A good knowledge of Carpentry, Stage, Flying and Rigging techniques is essential for this role.
The Theatre is looking for a new Theatre Technician to join the team. The Theatre Technician works closely with the Technical and Facilities Manager as their line manager. The Theatre Technician takes responsibility for providing technical provision for a full programme of received work throughout the year, and a contributory role (in whatever way fits the candidate best) in the creation of our in house work. The Production team deliver and facilitate all of the production and technical requirements of our work on stage and support off-stage activities around the buildings and out in the community, assisting with skills development for our Young Everyman & Playhouse (YEP) programme.
We’re looking for someone with technical experience and great people skills to join the Production Department as Assistant Production Manager at the Liverpool Everyman and Playhouse. The Production team deliver and facilitate all of the production and technical requirements of our work on stage and support off-stage activities around the buildings and out in the community, assisting with skills development for our Young Everyman & Playhouse (YEP) programme.
